56,000,000 people in 18 cities have been locked down. The incubation process takes three weeks and this virus is airborne and attaches to surfaces. The world is totally unprepared to deal with this and the numbers are obviously bullshit.

And yeah, this seems worse to me than Swine Flu or SARS or mad cow or any of the other ones. I have friends in Taiwan, some with young children, and I'm worried about this. There is a lot of travel back and forth between mainland China and Formosa

Maine's proto Trump Governor sent a bunch of state troopers to enforce a quarantine of a nurse who treated Ebola patients in Africa. :-\

Somehow he got re-elected that November and might get elected to a 3rd term when he can run again in 2022. If the coronavirus doesn't kill us before then obv.

There's an incredible video of a drone yelling at an old Chinese woman in the countryside to wear a mask or get inside. "WE TOLD YOU TO STAY HOME OR WEAR A MASK! NOW YOU'VE GOT A DRONE FOLLOWING YOU!" was like the literal translation from the drone. The woman looked confused

Also a young woman refusing to wear a mask while shopping being taken down by multiple police and arrested

I heard that China has a worst case projection of hundreds of millions of infections and millions of deaths, with all but 11-12 cities crucial to the military and economy being essentially shut off from the world

Also, the incubation period is apparently around 14 days before symptoms show, and it can be transmitted p2p during that initial period
