The lawyer panel said in her (The D.A.) drive to bring the largest case against Trump she might have overlooked the most winnable case against Trump by naming all of these defendants. Now if any one of them is able to get the case moved to federal court, and a couple have a really good shot, then all can get tried in federal court.
