I had three sodas last nightI've only had three sodas in the past week, which is good for me. Getting back on the horse, eating-wise, too.
Damn, three! I actually drank a Red Bull this morning -- my first since... Good Friday?! I've also noticed that my acid reflux is much better when I don't drink sodas or energy drinks. I've been really solid with working out the past couple of weeks and feel really good. Weight isn't really an issue for me, it's keeping the flab off (although most would scoff at the idea of a 6', 165 lb person complaining of "flab").I had three sodas last night
I've been eating insane amounts of food, but the junk food diet (I told @Brooklyn Zoo about this a few years back but he never followed through) works if you work out a lot, which I do. The amount of food I have some nights is pretty obscene.

I’m the same with the flab comment, we have similar frames. I never drink energy drinks though, that shit fucks with the heart too muchDamn, three! Do you work out at all? Do you still play basketball?Damn son. I'm trying to cut back on sodas and drink over 60 oz of water day, but it's tough sometimes.
I can't do that diet cause I don't want to work out a lot. But I'm glad it's working out for you, that's the best of both worlds.

198.6 this morning before going to the bathroom. My lowest weight last week was 197.0 but yesterday was a day with a cheat meal and I was confident I would still be substantially lower than 200.0 today to hit my goal.For accountability purposes. Hold me to this, peeps.
