i may be wildly offbase but i think its very likely that anything involving real military operations is going to have a lot of non-disclosure agreements and other serious legal consequences if Elon started blabbing about them. He's most likely just blowing smoke to make himself look good (what he thinks is good) or blowing some minor shit out of all proportion.
