A few deals and free stuff going on.

Limbo was free on Xbox One yesterday, but the free thing I'm seeing now seems like a trial version. Maybe the game itself will be free when logged in.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is free for XBL Gold members. It's a 360 game, but playable on Xbone.

Halo Wars 2 beta is going this week on Xbone.

There's a single-player DOOM demo on all platforms. I'm pretty sure it's only available this week.

Resident Evil 7 teaser demo for PS+ members on PS4.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is free on Club Ubi/Uplay. I think they're giving away one game every month for the rest of 2016, as part of their 30th anniversary.
https://club.ubi.com/

Humble E3 Digital Ticket is mostly free-to-play items, but if you want Grey Goo for $4, or a sixth copy of Psychonauts for a buck, there you go.
https://www.humblebundle.com/e3-digital-ticket

Sea of Thieves is $40 at BestBuy.ca, plus their 25x reward points promo. EBGames.ca has the same price, but most other places I've looked have it at a typical $60 USD/$80 CAD, so I don't know if this is a new MSRP or not.

Nintendo eShop sale. Up to 40% off, plus supposedly an extra 10% off for My Nintendo members. Actually seems like a decent sale for Nintendo.

Steam's Summer Sale started today. Store is slow right now because of all the traffic.

DOOM is $40 and there's a bunch of stuff on sale.

This might be the first major Steam sale event where bundles have been a thing. They factor in items you already own, and the price is adjusted. They'll be displayed lower down individual games' store pages.

For example, Civ V: Complete is now a "bundle" rather than the old-style "package" (or "sub" in the URL).

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/575/

Borderlands Triple Pack, or add in the Telltale series:

http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/712/

Several summer sale bundles:
http://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=summer+sale+bundle

There's a big list here, though they don't necessarily have descriptive titles ("Space Bundle"), and not all are available in all regions:

I actually REALLY like this as I was able to grab all the Civ V stuff I didn't have for less than $10. I also got Rise of Nations for $3 since apparently my old physical copy doesn't run anymore.

I was going to get Stardew Valley, but its getting ported to console so I'll just get it there.

PSN mid-year sale. There's a few good prices in there, particularly if you want newer Double Fine games, and missed them as PS+ freebies. Doom is the same 40% off (with PS+) as on Steam. Tales from the Borderlands is $6 ($4.49 PS+) for the season too.

The Ultimate Game Sale has started on XBox. Some pretty good stuff like DOOM for $42, but one thing I hate is that they don't seem to put individual DLC on sale anymore. It seems like they just put the "Digital Deluxe" version on sale with everything in it and I don't want to pay twice for the same dann game.

Good lord the list of things on sale, even just for the 360 is nuts. too bad my paypal is tapped out right now (my wife might disagree about the too bad part!). I have a big backlog from previous sales as it is though lol.

I had my fingers crossed for Axiom Verge and Shovel Knight, but it's not a bad sale. Might jump on GOW3.
