Honest question: With all these accusations (most likely true) coming about, is there a difference between someone doing something once in the past when they were young/stupid/not thinking things through, and a serial abuser like Weinstein?

My gut reaction is yes, although in today's climate, it doesn't seem like much difference will be considered.
