Impact, coincidentally, aired the reveal video at the same exact time he was having a live match against Tony Deppen at Beyond Wrestling last night. The match was really good, and made me excited for his in ring Impact debut. He’s not a game changer, but he’ll be a solid addition to the roster.

I just watched for Kojima and didn't even notice this Cutler guy at all. What a generic looking guy.

Don Callis is the worst. I don't like having main events telegraphed like that.

Women's division remains solid, so I'm happy.

I saw Steve Maclin advertised for the Beyond show last night and wondered who the hell it was. It’s probably not great that Impact hyped a guy with that level of notoriety to a wrestling nerd as big as me!

I've talked to a few people who were down in NXT with Cutler and all say he is so much better than he has shown. Charisma wise, I doubt it, but he could probably have some good matches in Impact.

So Moose failed to win the Impact title. He was the favorite to unseat Omega but it looks like now they're going to run an Omega/Callihan program which doesn't really excite me to be honest but Sami is far from the worst choice. Does Sami claim the belt or is this going to end with Omega beating everyone and eventually vacating it?

I just watched Against All Odds. I liked the production step AEW did of stripping all of their logos from Daily's Place.

I still think Moose is the guy to beat Omega to win the Impact World Title considering Omega needed a bunch of interference from The Bucks to win. Idk if Callihan will have the title shot against Omega at Slammiversary considering they're doing a faux firing angle but if Sami's the guy to beat Omega then Impact is as dumb as we thought they were.

I don't think Omega loses any belt before he loses the AEW title. I'm pretty sure Tony made that agreement. His champ isn't losing to another promotions contender until he loses the AEW belt.

I don't see him losing the Impact belt until Bound For Glory in October so he could drop the AEW Title at All Out in September.

Logically this would end in some Wargames/Lethal Lockdown. Sami/Omega sounds awful.

Yeah, I'd be 1000% fine if they decided to do a The Elite (Omega, Good Brothers and Young Bucks) Vs Impact All Stars match at Slammiversary instead of a World Title Defense.

Or maybe they could put Omega's "Greatest World Champion Impact has ever had" by making him defend the title in a KING OF THE MOUNTAIN match.

Impact has got to do something ridiculous/dumb for their 20th Anniversary next summer. And hopefully Tenay and Don West are both around to call a match (if not the entire PPV given the current state of TNA's announce team!)

Meltzer says Impact is making a hard, hard play for Buddy Murphy.

AEW seems like obvious choice for Murphy but tbh, it might be better for him to be big fish in Impact's small pond then potentially getting lost in the AEW midcard shuffle.

I agree, Impact is a much better fit for him. AEW has Andrade and Black, they don't need to pick up anymore guys.

There's a minimal chance that he becomes a World Champ in AEW, there's a minimal chance that he WOULDN'T become World Champ if he signed with Impact.

Now whether or not, it's better to be a random midcarder in AEW or top guy in Impact is another topic. Murphy though does some like the type of guy who'd prioritize ringtime so Idk. I wouldn't be shocked if he picked Impact.
