This week's Mental Health Day episode and the Chuck E. Cheese knockoff were the best ones this season. I like how this week's expanded upon Dennis' narcissism.

Good for Kaitlin Olson. I'm glad she can join Danny and Charlie in having a hit show or movie outside of Always Sunny. Now, if only Glenn can finally get a hit. Her show is decent. Not really my type of bag, but she's very charismatic and entertaining as the lead. Supporting cast has very thin characterization so far though. It's also been nice to see her do more dramatic scenes and get to show her range. The central mystery is also intriguing enough to keep me watching.

I'd really be surprised if the show continues beyond the contractually obligated Season 18. Danny's getting up there and tbh, his comic timing is sadly not as quick as even five years ago. The other four seem bigger than the show at this point. It's been a great run, but honestly there's only been maybe 10 or so episodes the last four seasons that I really liked.

I was bored, so I watched the Sunny/Abbott crossover. I'd go 6/10. They did about as good as they could do with the amount of characters. It was a bummer though that Dennis is only in it for 30 seconds, as Glenn Howerton was filming a show he is doing with Kevin Bacon. Apparently on the Sunny side of the crossover which is airing sometime this year, we will find out what Dennis was up to.

The Dee/Janine/Young Chris Rock (Sorry, can't remember his AE character name) storyline carried the episode hard and was awesome. All three characters played off each other greatly, and the height disparity between Kaitlin and Quinta was absolutely hilarious. I think there's a foot height difference lol. Every scene was a delight and they need to find a way to get Dee another guest spot on Abbott maybe getting a Substitute Teacher gig or something. Kaitlin and Quinta were so good together. Shame the other three storylines didn't live up to that.

The Mac storyline as usual was the worst part and a waste of time. Frank/Old Man Janitor didn't really do it for me either. I liked the Charlie storyline and found it about as cute as you can get for Sunny.

Finally got a chance to watch this and I agree this was fun. The Dee stuff was the highlight for sure but I wasn't really bothered by any of it, although Mac was the lowpoint.
