Around Summerslam he has a few random matches with Haku of all people.

After 6 months or so of being AWOL as a TV presence, he gets to do some SNME comedy for OktoberFest.

Ice Train toured for Otto Wanz after WCW in 98. Opponents? PN News, Rhino and MANTAUR.

When did he turn? I didn't even know Jannetty turned heel in 96 until he was a dick in the fan letter part of the magazine.

I don't think there was an actual turn, he just started teaming with Leif Cassidy at the tag title tournament. I guess calling his team the New and Improved Rockers was considered shade at Shawn and thus an assumed turn.

He works Austin on RAW Feb 19. McMahon says Marty is going to be in the tag title tourney with a partner unknown.

The next night they tape the New Rockers debut vs Godwins. Airs early March The new team does the job.

The next sighting on TV after that is Leif losing to HBK on 3/25. What a push!

April 15th is next with Leif doing a singles job to Mero on RAW.

April 29th they are back on RAW doing a double CO with the Godwins to set up...

May 4h rematch with the Godwins on Superstars. The BodyDonnas helped the heels win.

May 18th Due to that win the Rockers face the Body Donnas

June 1st Superstar Rockers squash the Hardy Boyz

Back to singles after that as Marty loses to Savio in a KOTR qualifier, then at the PPV they are in the Free for All in the Kloudi comedy match.

All this success leads to Marty vs WWF champ Shawn on RAW in July (Taped in front of me in Green Bay the night after the KOTR!!!)

Marty's last match is taped for the Dec 23rd RAW w/ Leif vs Pierroth and Cybernetico. I kind of want to go watch that.
