Problem with heel Cardona in WWE is they already have the Miz and Dolph Ziggler to basically do the same role. Only benefit Cardona has is the fact that he hasn’t been around for a while.

I think there is a way for WWE to bring him back and make him a strong midcard level act. Would they do it though? Highly unlikely (tm Gorilla Monsoon)
