watched first 2 eps of "Gen-V" and liking it. Not on the level of "The Boys" yet but still lot of good stuff here.

Got through the first 3 eps of Gen V and I'm liking the characters/plot. It's definitely in the vein closer to the past 2 seasons of The Boys (if not more vulgar/graphic in some cases).

The last ep was the best yet, perfectly paced. It ended and I had no idea it went by that fast.

That fight scene was hilarious and the arm in the mouth bit really pushed it over the top for me.

really enjoyed this. They tied this in really well with the "main" series as well in a way that I think makes both series more interesting rather than taking away from either. The ending setup the next season while still paying off enough things to be satisfying.

Cate & Sam went on the "villainous superhero who think they are in the right" route while the others opposed them and then the Vought news spin on turning them into the positive heroes not unlike Marie early in the season.
