This is the hot new word game that everyone will be playing for the next week or so. Basically it presents you with six chances to guess a mystery five-letter word. Initially there are no clues, you just have to guess a random word and the letters that are in the right places will be displayed in green, letters that are in the word but in the wrong place are displayed in yellow, and letters not in the word are displayed in dark gray, eliminating them from further usage. And there's only one puzzle per day. If this sounds complicated, it's actually not. I got it in four tries. Unfortunately, nobody reads this folder anymore. Nonetheless I will be using this thread to post my daily scores.

I got the one today on the third try. Was fun but doing this once a day idk in the modern era we need games that can get us glued to our phone for hours at a time.

Had to blow my third try on letter elimination but I got it.

This was my hardest one yet. I will wait until tomorrow to tell you how I got it in 5 so as not to spoil anything. I was sweating.

I had the first and fourth letters on the first try and didn't get any other letters until about 15 minutes of staring at the screen on my last guess.

Got it on five. I had 4/5 of the letters, but yellow by three. Was able to process of elimination the order.

4/6. On step 3 I had everything but the 2nd letter and it took me a couple minutes before it finally dawned on me. "WTF is this word.....Oh, duh."

Same. Except it was 45 mins on my commute. I didn’t even know it was a real word. Thought it was a name.
