Reviving this one for a worthwhile go out of your way to see movie if you are into wacky Troma-like cult classic in the making stuff.

Its been out for a few weeks but just caught this on demand over the weekend. Holy SHIT this was bonkers and hilariously so bad its so good....take one spoonful of kung-fu parody, another amount of proper exploitation film homage, a whole lot of 80s referencing, and then mix that with a general Troma formula and you got this piece of shittastic work that hopefully will get a shelf life down the road as a midnight cult film.
Where rasslin ties into this is that they got Don Frye in a really hilarious role that gets alot of screen time, Tiny Lister as a less than intimidating bad guy that goes nowhere fast, Judo Gene Lebelle in a wacky cameo, Maryse in a role you probably wouldnt even notice she was in, and then Goldberg in a role that I have no idea how they talked him into this. Him and Frye have an epicly bad fight scene inside a car wash that needs to be seen. Kudos for Goldberg for signing up to this, he was one of the main highlights for sure.
The cast is pretty amazing for this low-rent (clearly done intentionally) flick. Mostly 80s callback cameos but it was vast. Don The Dragon Wilson, Cynthia Rothrock, Ernie Reyes Jr, Danny Trejo, Michael Dukekoff, Michael Winslow of Police Academy, Richard Greico, Ron Jeremy, The London Brothers, Tommy Davidson, Chuck Zito, etc, etc
This is really a one of a kind parody film that has to be seen to believed how awfully awesome it is.
