Virgil is also now available on PS3 but no sign of the Legends pack.

Mine strangely appeared after I downloaded Virgil.

It's all the same file.

I immediately did Rude vs. Warrior at WM V. I also put Jake in a 4-way elimination match that Flair won after he piledrove Yokozuna.

It's been a few months since this came out....worth getting for the gameplay and roster? I know universe mode sucks but I can live with just doing exhibition matches I think.

I'd say so but I'm also a mark for all the arenas. The gameplay could be deeper but it's smooth enough. It plays the best of the bunch and the bugs don't cripple the game like WWE 13.

The only bug that screws up my universe mode is the custom logo bug, so for the most part, it's alright.

I really like universe mode, but I guess it depends on what you want.

What I want is basically a stripped down version of TEW where you play the matches. And that's basically what we have.

If you want to pick a wrestler and take him through an elaborate story mode like HCTP, you'll hate it.

Personally I find that Universe Mode has far more replay value.

I don't mind Universe Mode, but some its pay-per-view booking can be really, really puzzling where guys that win number one contender's matches are not booked on the pay-per-view for whatever reason, so you have to rebook those matches yourself. Just a minor problem, though.

What I usually do is put about 30 or so guys on each show and the bottom 5 guys in the rankings at the end of every six months are replaced with five new guys to ensure a fresh rotation of talent.

I just book the matches I want anyways, so I don't care if the auto-booking is stupid. Cena feuding with Bryan and all of a sudden he's fighting Big Show in the main event of the PPV? I just change it to the match it should be. No big deal.

I didn't notice this in previous games, but Brodus Clay recently won the WWE title from Stan Hansen in my Universe and after he won the title Lawler started telling Cole about needing to get ready because the WWE was heading into a new era of funk. Nice little touch.

Also, it seems like a new patch has fixed the Justin Roberts silence glitch where he didn't announce world title matches correctly.

Unfortunately, 2013 came and went, and 5 Star Wrestling never saw the light of day. But that’s because developer Serious Parody has been toiling way on making the game better. Take-Two Interactive has confirmed that WWE 2K15 will be released sometime in their 2015 fiscal year, which runs from April 1st, 2014 to March 31st, 2015. It’s believed the release will coincide with the holiday spending spree.

Never in a million years, but they said fiscal year. I'd like to see them push it all the way to March just to put that much more work into it. One thing I desperately want is custom win celebrations. Especially for title wins.

I want less bugs.. But if there are bugs I want a fucking team that actually gives a shit about fixing them. Latest dlc and patch have given me hard freezes out the wazoo.

Having a fucking bug where the apparent only fix is delete your entire save and HOPE it corrects was the one that ticked me off. Other than that and the random weird corner bugs on comeback moves, it wasn't too bad.

Oh and the resetting the match card after I save changes, proven the save feature is a glitched out POS in general and not just logo save related.

I swear they can't make a game without some bug that interferes in a huge way.

Yeah, it's brutal that these games even get released in this state - but that is the way it is now. With most companies I say, "thankfully they can patch this," and they eventually do. But with the WWE guys it just seems like they release the game and say "fuck it, it's your problem now" and never patch anything unless it's to "get the game ready" for DLC add-ons. Fucking ridiculous.

What I love is they patch the game to prepare for DLC but that patch never finds a way to make sure your universe doesn't get reset by the DLC. So again, it's a major glitch in the save function of the game, which is a critical error. The DLC should be joining the game much like CC do, not taking the fuck over and ruining everything.

I think the only issue they fixed was Roberts announcing title matches. Everything else? Fuck it, maybe NEXT year.

Fixed - The user encounters a progression stopper when selecting the Contract Encounter or GM Contract Signing animation while creating a story.
Fixed - The sound effect is missing when a Superstar performs Curt Henning (n.W.o) signature " Rolling Neck Snap".
Fixed - The users encounter a desync when interacting with ladders during online gameplay.
Fixed - There is no voice when the announcer stands in the ring and introduces players at the beginning of the WWE Championship match.‏
Fixed - A crash occurs when selecting Easy Creation after previously backing out of Easy Creation as quickly as possible.
Fixed - Run-In Superstars fail to emerge, resulting in a crash, during Story matches.
