Bret/Diesel is just a fantastic match with a bunch of spots that had probably never been seen in a WWF main event before. Nash worked his ass off year. Just terrible booking with all the run ins and the non finish though

I like this show more each time I re-watch it. One of the best Rumble undercards ever. And the weak roster makes me glad they had the shorter intervals. If that match had gone 60+, it would be in the worst Rumble match discussion with 99 and 06. As it is, it's not really that bad.

Yeah, there is that, so maybe it was a good thing. It reminds me somewhat of the 1988 Rumble, which was also a shorter Rumble. Of the two, I definitely think 1995 was better.

So far the best overall shows or at least best undercards have been 1991 and 1995, IMO. 1990 and 1992 have had the best Rumble matches. I'll try to get to 1996 sometime before Christmas.

Should have debuted Man Mountain Rock sooner to get that Tommy Lee rub.

Guys in ECW Jan 95 that could have reasonably been in the Rumble: Osamu Nishimura, Tully, Shane Douglas, 2 Cold, Benoit, Malenko, Al Snow, Sabu, Taz, 911, Foley, Ron Simmons.... At worst half those guys give 123 Kid something interesting to do in ring,

Sid is in the USWA. Not many other options for youth and decent look but Spellbinder and Scott Studd

SMW had Candido, and Unibomb. Corny actually ran "Smokey Mountain Rumbles" at his spot shows.
