I recently passed the 30,000 mark myself. I look at the people on my friend's list and they are way below what I have, I think the next closest to me in still like 10,000 away and after him I think the next closest is around 5,000. I have a crazy amount of people in know in real life but a small score compared to "people on the internet". I had a huge gain in the past year after getting a little bit more time to use my system.

Just bumping this again. Anyone interested in the NBA Live 07 push to get online achievements before the server closes, the event is in about 10 hours. If you have the game lying around, one of the achievements is just to be online when 1000 others are, so if you don't have it, people will be trying.

I lost some points when I had to recover my Live account, but as of right now I'm at 23,535. I don't go hunting for Achievements, but if I'm close on something I'll put in a little effort to get it.

And bps, I'm sure there's a support group around somewhere.

Yeah, it did. I signed on about 20 minutes before the event was supposed to start and the achievement popped. I left my 360 running for a little while to help anyone coming on, as I noticed people were signing off before the scheduled start time. I guess for about an hour and a half, people were able to get it. I needed to play someone else in a game to get the other online achievements and either people weren't playing or quitting. I'm terrible at Live but I had like a 16-2 lead on some guy and he quit. Now to get those achievements I gotta find someone online before Tuesday. Here's the list of the EA servers closing this week and next week guys, in case anyone needs to try to wrap up the online achievements.

I'm turning into a bit of a trophy whore on the PS3 side of things. I have 2 trophies left to get before I have Dead Space cleared. I have 2 levels left till I get the One Gun Acheivement, and then I have to beat the game on the hardest difficulty. God willing, I have a few hours left and I'm done with the game.

EA just announced the closing of four more servers on March 16, 2010:

Def Jam Icon
Godfather
Lord of the Rings: Conquest
Simpsons

From what I am reading, Godfather (I) and Simpsons only use online to compare scores. Def Jam and LOTR have online achievements. LOTR has 10 online achievements totaling 310. Can't get an exact total on Def Jam but if you are trying to get 100% on this, unless you've played it already, doesn't look likely as one of the online achievements is 200 online wins and I really doubt that many people are playing these days.

Thought I'd bump this. Passed 64,000 the other day.

Recently decided to pick up games I never finished off my shelf recently despite getting a bunch of new stuff. Figured I'd try to bump up the completion % on stuff I've already played. It gets to the point I realize whyvI stopped playing them.

I noticed I really hate when games shoe-horn in obstacle course/ races, which I've run into in about three games in the past day. Just too irritating.

Anyone with Madden 10 for the 360 who needs the online achievements free for some co-op tonight? I need to get those achievements before the server closes at midnight. The person I know that was gonna play with me has been flaking and now won't be available tonight. I'm not sure how much time I'll get by the time I get off work tonight, but I figured I'd put it out there as a reminder for some and a last ditch effort for someone like me who doesn't know anyone with the game to find a partner. Send me a PM and hopefully we can work out a time.

NHL 10 online achievements go down tonight too for those needing to finish that up. I think there's like a 6 player online game one or something weird I still need on that one.
