I don’t get how WrestleCade is a successful annual event. It seems like having a big convention during the biggest travel weekend of the year would be a logistical and financial nightmare but I guess since it is in Carolina, it is probably centrally located enough to where most wrestlers (and wrestling nerds) live that a lot of guys can drive in?
Carolina is a market that has never stopped being into the rasslin and yes, Carolina is easy for talent to get to especially the older generation who generally reside in the south.
Also helps that as far as I can tell, they don’t fuck the boys over and actually pay them.

PWG is cursed. This is their second home base to close in last five years.
Idk if PWG will even be much of a thing for much longer. They only held three events this year (technically two since BOLA is a two night event) and five last year (four again cause BOLA)

The owner posted PWG is on hiatus because of their partner's health. Really unfortunate. They intend to continue but major life events have a habit of changing people's priorities in life.

Adrian Street literally did it for every post. It was really funny because it was him just posting pictures or him and Linda at restaurants (though I think it was the same picture over and over, really). But at least he was super nice as well as extremely annoying.

Twitter I have random followers in general. Pam Grier follows me because I made her laugh once, same for Elayne Boosler and the guy who created Sledge Hammer. Random people. Wrestlers, Piper was. Joey Ryan was (we had a mutual friend before he got outed). I think Leva Bates at one point. I dunno. Piper was the cool one.
Facebook I keep to myself but if it's an Adrian Street type who I always loved, it's just different. Luigi added me since he's friends with people I really care about but now I gotta question everything. He's annoying but there's gonna be some good downfall one day.

Deadlock Pro going from goofy vanity promotion spearheaded by nLI streamers to a seriously fucking awesome indy is incredible. Lucky Ali (Lavar Barbie in NXT) and Kidd Bandit have to be seen as their two biggest success stories already.
