AEW 2026: Year Seven

Mina should've beated Shaffir, not Toni. Like the more I think about it, the story of Mina finding a killer instinct with Toni's help does more for everyone in the long run. Toni winning isn't bad but especially now feels short sighted.

Mina did beat Marina in a NO DQ match on Dynamite. So Marina jobbed twice in a row, but they seem to be setting Mina up for a vengeance run to find out who attacked Toni. Unless they do the Russo swerve and Mina is the one.

Like as the blowoff, I mean. Story was aimed wrong in hindsight.

Mina turning on Toni would be super lame. TK would be better off getting getting Rikishi.

Yeah, I hope they don't go in that direction, but I had to mention it because the temptation is there from the booking.

Highlight of the rest of 3/18 Dynamite was the MJF promo. THAT is a fucking star promo. ME had the Bucks so obvious skip.

3/21 Collision special was alright. Fletcher/Eagles was solid but unspectacular, greatly appreciated the leg work actually playing into the finishing sequence. Thekla is way better as a promo than an in-ring talent, if only based on vibes. Byrds/Sisters felt like it was about to fall apart at any moment before Windsor just started stiffing Hart to get it back on track. Dralistico is so much fun to watch. I'm Garciaphobic so that's the end of the show for me.

I'm oddly looking forward to the Kenny/Swerve rematch. Not because I think it'll be great (I haven't seen anything from either I'd consider GREAT), but Kenny post-diverticulitis does a lot less of the shit that made me hate him for all these years, and I'm genuinely interested in who wins.

...because MJF will beat them and it'll be glorious.

Mina being the one who took out Toni would be very obvious booking but they have a year to come up with a better answer if they want to drag it out.

The face sides of both men and women are feeling a bit depleted right now. Will coming back an the slow burn Takeshita turn help a bit. I think Andrade may also end up a face the way he's getting over. With the women maybe it's time to bring Athena up full time.

TIL that Pac's wife is named Natalie... Which means that her name is Natalie Satterley.

It turns out that I'm ten years old.

Dave confirmed that Toni isn't out due to injury. Didn't say she was pregnant. But, not many other options.

maybe she’s climbing mt. everest

no i’m not talking about juice

maybe i am.

Mjfs promo was fantastic. Swerve possibly gaining Evp status is interesting I guess. Osprey still looks amazing
I was under the impression Swerve and Ospreay were already EVPS from beating the Bucks last year but apparently they only relinquished their EVP status.

Swerve/Omega was solid and is the first time that my biggest gripe in an Omega match didn't come from Kenny's stupid overselling...but from Swerve's idea of "I'll just hang my arms down for a second" selling whenever he was hit with something.

I'm gonna root like crazy for Kenny just because I want Omega/Ospreay III for the belt in London at All In. If you asked 2021 me that I would become a Kenny Omega fanboy, I'd say your crazy, but here we are. I even enjoy his cornball cheesy bad promos now.
I’m on the Kenny train for being a fellow Diverticulitis man. We already saw MJF-Will at Wembley.

Between the Vision in WWE and The Callis Family in AEW, it’s not safe to be in the company’s top heel stable.

Kyle Fletcher suffered a leg injury last night and the severity isn’t known just yet but he left in a boot.

I wonder what the next reinvention that really is just is a new nickname will be.

My favorite random AEW Jericho nickname was when he was calling himself a wizard.

He better show up looking like King Kong Bundy

FUCK YEAH

We'll find out 5hat Jericho and wwe fell through for some dumb reason. 0lease Tony don't have offered him big money out 9f some misguided sense you owe him.

Maybe he didn't want to hurt the brain center down in Connecticut by giving them a 4th person to write for.

Narrative should be Punk buried him to HHH, who already doesn't like him, and Danhausen's whole run is a rib.

Jericho's value is pretty much exclusively being the big name to work ROH with a new TV deal.
