Eating for a Better You

Not in the right direction number wise but it’s mostly roll over from the 4th. What I am struggling with right now is when I eat my final meal. I lift at 6, so I’m trying to do it at 445, but I may just switch the protein shake to nighttime instead of morning,

Right direction and really getting locked into what I’m eating right now. I’m right around 1,550 to 1,600 calories (which is lower than I want), but I‘m also counting on some caloric cycling on the weekend and maybe an odd snack.

I started Ozempic two weeks ago. It fucked with my appetite a lot. I haven't eaten lunch since I started it.

I have lost ten pounds.

My dad told me he lost like 20 pounds on Ozempic over this summer. Wild stuff.

I have put on about 10 or so pounds since the beginning of this year. My diet has been basically the same but I haven't exercised as much as years past due to general malaise I guess. General aches and pains,etc.

I'm getting a bit frustrated and a little concerned with this being holiday season and more food to eat

Anyway I really don't know where to go from here other than start more exercising again

We believe in you :) My parents are going to start cutting down on their sugar more. I've done really well at mostly cutting down on sugars/saturated fats (KIND food FTW) but I still struggle at times with the Carbs aspect (mostly through breads, pasta, etc.)

Doctor got on my case again about my weight so finally taking a conscious effort to eat slightly better so I incorporated more fruits and veggies into my diet and decreased the sweets intake. Also gotten a lot better about portion control.
