Fucking Wisconsin, part III

Three times that state voted for him, three times for Walker, twice for Trump. I know, I know, I'm not supposed to blame the voters for fucking up over and over.

Regular reminder that Senator Ron Johnson got married so he could inherit his wife's dad's business and hasn't worked a day in his whole life.

"Millions of people who thought it was for food turned on the idea of not letting their fellow man go hungry"

Republicans 1:87

They already got one of those republican gofundmes going.

Between my professional jobs (K-12 and college teaching, offices, etc) and not so professional ones (bartending, etc), and just being a human at the library, gas station, walking on a sidewalk, I've encountered and worked with, taught and tutored and served, and been served by a lot of immigrants, Somali in particular.

Why are we supposed to hate them? Have the republicans given their reason yet or is it just baked in at this point?

Not born white. duh

And we're supposed to hate Good because being a woman overrides the whiteness, correct?

Jay Rothman, the UW president hired by the Board of Regents to continue destroying higher ed in their own state, has been told by said Regents to resign or be fired. The Board's submission for GOP wishes to end the Wisconsin Idea (a long-lasting successful system of autonomous 2-year colleges) goes back to Scott Walker and Act 10. As always, they are not rewarded for this. A republican down in Madison has already manned the ramparts for Rothman.
