I tried it this morning before leaving for work, but didn't finish creating a character.. will try again after work.. but apparently they are having the expected server woes at the moment.

I mean, I expect bugs with giant multiplayer launches.. but a) lobbies only hold 16 players at a time; and b) they held it back two weeks.. so they couldn't work out how to get a 16 person multiplayer game to run smoothly by this point? =\

I'll join a crew. All the guys I usually play with who were so adamant about getting the game just gave the fuck up. I tried to get online earlier today and it just booted me, so maybe I'll try again tomorrow afternoon.

I'm still only a few missions into Trevor's stuff, so I'm probably a little while off from getting into online play. I might dig out my PS3 headset and see if it still works, though I wouldn't talk much anyways.

For some reason, I feel like finally opening my Wii U and playing Lego City Undercover. No idea why I'd play an average/sorta decent open-world game when I've already got essentially the open-world game.

I got in earlier today and played for a few hours.. but the game crapped out when trying to start a team death match.. logged back in and my guy was not there anymore. I was about to re-create him in the same slot, but apparently if you leave that slot as-is, once the servers come back up, that character should still be there. Crossing my fingers as it would suck to have to redo all of the tutorial bullshit.

Finally got in and it was smooth as silk. I think their problem was forcing EVERYONE to match-up for that first race instead of just having you do those first three or so missions by yourself before dumping you into a game with other players.

The game DOES NOT want me to hunt.

1- Gang Shoot Out, picked up the money, got jumped by other members when walking to Hunting Start spot.

2- Random Police Chase has a car hit me head on as I'm driving to the Hunting Start spot, and I die cause I was on a dirtbike.

3- Get to the Hunter Start Spot, take a picture of a Doe. Cougar Kills me.

Online is much smoother today. Not a single boot-out. Note to everyone playing: deposit your money in your account as often as possible.. lots of PKing assholes out there. There's also the added bonus that you have to pay healthcare fees every time you die (not inside jobs, though) in freemode.

I'm online so much that I neglect this thread. I'd like to create a 360 crew, as I have a shitty apartment to watch server police chases at.

I'm having a good time stealing cars and selling them for $7000, but the jobs are a hassle when you can't find a good person to team up with. For instance, this guy in a big ass pickup truck decided that for our strategy of attacking a closed-in drug meeting, smashing through a chain-link fence was the right way to go. It doesn't help that this character looks like a meth addict who needs to race fast cars to support his habit and his no skills with a gun whatsoever.

Watching PK gun down some guy in a Coquette before ALMOST flipping on the ramp by the airport and then driving said shot up to shit Coquette to Simeon was hilarious to watch.

Send me a request on Live. (ZhaneStyles) I'll join. I'm in a crew already with my friends, but they seem to only want to rob stores and search for armored cars (which they have been unsuccessful in doing so far lol) But I think you can join up to 5 crews right?

Btw, the health bar on this thing sucks. -_- Feel like it should be different on online or something. Maybe regenerate fully. Because in some of these missions the AI will basically snipe you, even with pistols. Don't drive away from enemies too slowly or you're dead. Not in cover for 95% of the mission? Dead. This is supposed to be GTA, not Splinter Cell.
