Striker's post-WWE career is kind of weird. He commentates for any promotion that has television exposure but wrestles on every other indie. I actually met him at Dreamer's House of Hardcore show last year. Cool dude.

Bret vs Buddy Landell from an early 96 Raw. No wonder he couldn't be taken seriously, this is like brock going toe to toe with Bo Dallas.
WWE booking hasn't regressed in every way, there's still more bottom to explore.
