Halo: The Master Chief Collection has an update today, adding "Remnant"—a re-make of Halo 2 map "Relic"—and the Halo 3: ODST campaign. ODST should be free to early MCC players, or $5 otherwise.

Xbox One 1TB console launching June 16th. Includes Halo: MCC, and the slightly-improved controller (3.5mm audio jack, "fine-tuned" bumpers, wireless firmware updates). $399 for 1TB; $349 for 500GB.

Also a wireless Xbone controller adapter for PC coming this fall—$25 for the adapter, or $80 packed with a controller.

Half my friends list is playing Rare Replay so I picked it up. Probably one of the best values you'll get given the games that are in the collection. Grabbed by the Ghoulies looks shockingly sharp, like an indie game released over the last few years.

I don't own a XBONE but I had interest in Rare Replay (and KI 3) should I ever get one... then I watched a video where I had no idea what terrible looking non-NES port of Battletoads was being played and in a total fail, it's not KI 1 and KI 2, but KI Gold. Some interest definitely lost there.

I ordered mine in hopes it'll be in my mailbox when I get home tomorrow, but probably not. I believe the non-NES Battletoads is the arcade one, which I haven't played but have heard good things about, and the NES one is supposed to be on there too.

Went to pick up Rare Replay today. First store was out (because the copy the website said they had was still on hold for a pre-order). Got it loading now, though it looks like it is prioritizing all the 360 ports and I really want to jump to Conker's and Battletoads.

Amazon hadn't shipped it yet for some reason, so I cancelled and ordered from best Buy for in store pick up.

How excited am I for this game? I'm buying an Xbone game. I've literally used it twice in the 18 months I've had it. Not counting all the day of downloading to be able to use it, I played Ryse for an hour when I got it, and then Warch Dogs for a weekend six months later. It's been almost a year since Ive played it at all. I fired it up a month ago intending to play something, but lost interest before all the update downloads of foreverness were even close to done. Save me rare replay, you're my only hope.

I tried Nintendo Battletoads but I couldn't figure out getting the 2nd player in, as I had a guest over. Then we tried one of the Conker Multi-players and quit. We settled on Battletoads Arcade and beat it. Good stuff.

I never played Battletoads on the NES. I started playing it in the collection and I hate it. The arcade game is good.

Super Mega Baseball is as good a baseball game the XBone will ever get, I guess. It looks like some brainless arcade sports game, but there's a ton of depth in the gameplay.

If you buy the bundle, Ultra Edition for Season One, you get the arcade version of KI. If you buy the second season, you get KI 2.
