That Russell contract is a heist. All he has to do is can a few open shots and know to stop taking them when they aren't falling.

As long as we don't have any 30+ game injury type things, this team is really good. Not gonna be any mid-season panic this time around.

I hate the NBA In Season Tournament for making me watch a whole game with that red court. It was absolutely blinding and hard to look at. I thought the WWE's red Hell In A Cell was bad, but this was worse. I mean the 2023 Bulls are already hard enough to watch.

I follow the Magic on Twitter, so I've seen the ones that have floated around. While I recognize the Klasky Csupo house-style look, I've made no effort in learning any more than that.

It doesn't show up in the numbers, but Alex Caruso is by far the Bulls best player this season. His three point shot looks improved and he impacts the game so much more than DeRozan/LaVine/Vucevic. He's one of the best defenders I've seen play on a regular basis since the 90's dynasty. He's right up there with Joakim, Hinrich, Jimmy, Deng, and Taj. Maybe better than some of them.

And, right now I'd say he's a better trade chip than LaVine since his contract is so cheap. Pretty much any contending team needs a guy like Caruso. The man is built for playoff basketball, and plays ferocious defense on guys bigger than him while having to guard the best player every night. I'm gonna vote for him for the All Star Game. I don't give a shit if LaVine and DeRozan average 20 ppg, AC is a much better player.

Also, DeRozan is cooked. I really like him as a person, but it was bound to happen. His style is from 2003, he can't shoot 3's, and he doesn't play defense. He looks so much slower than the last two seasons, and guys aren't biting on his pump fakes and moves anymore. He also isn't getting to the line at the level he was. I will appreciate his time here and that run a couple of years ago where he broke Wilt's record by having 7 straight games of 35+ points on 50% or better shooting was magical. But, he seems like he's done as a player that is any good. His efficiency used to be fantastic, but it's just gone now.

My only gripe is it would have been nice to hear from some more relevant than "random old white suit-wearing sports talk guy".

Also not the greatest look considering this guy represents the Mavs, and Luka's style of play and career arc early on both bear a lot of similarities to Harden's.

The Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers showed once again last night that stockpiling big names and creating superteams doesn't produce championship level basketball. You would never see the Los Angeles Lakers or the greatest athlete in history, LeBron James, try to team up with multiple superstars to win titles. That's why we're so successful!

I had Westbrook on a bet last night where he only needed 14.5 points. He got to 14 in the 3rd quarter and then came out and never went back in.

If this is true, then yeah I'm completely over the Zach LaVine experience. In that game, he was 1-14 and actively hurting the team. I remember that he gave some sour answer after the game, like"guys like me don't get benched". I don't like Billy Donovan as a coach, but he was completely in the right for benching him in that game.

Jimmy might attack him if he pulls this shit in Miami if he's traded there, so that might be entertaining.

It only took Draymond to put a choke hold on one of the five most unpopular players in the league for him to get a reasonable punishment. I still don’t think it’ll matter too much until he gets officiated like almost every other player when it comes to histrionics and language on the court (I’m not necessarily against that stuff, but the fact he gets a longer leash than anyone in the league is irritating).
