It's a little over 2 miles down the road from the MGM. From the map it looks like you head the direction that Hooters is from the MGM and just go straight on that road for 2 miles. So easy to find, but that's a shitty walk in the heat.

I guess it's called the Hall of Fame, not museum. But anyway here's the list of machines:
http://www.pinballmuseum.org/games.php

I think I could live in that place.

I thought about that. I figure a cab down there would be easy but I don't know if you'd be able to find a cab to get back. Though only having to walk one way would certainly help.

I am the Theatre Wizard and undisputed 1,114th best player in the world (of people playing ranked score on Xbox Live)!

And it's only half of Smues' score. More practice.

And I still haven't completed the fucking grand finale on the x-box version either.

I thought I only needed to activate it, I thought for sure I would choke when I realized I still had to finish it.

The real TOM machine I used to play got broke to the point where the crate couldn't turn, but what happened was then instead of having to get the ball into the crate just hitting it counted the same, making it MUCH easier to get through the illusions. One time, and only one time, TOM on the iOS version of pinball arcade did this for me. CHRIST I wish I knew how to make it do that all the time, and on the x-box version.

That must be a built in mechanic since by total chance I hit the trunk as it was spinning and the illusion started automatically.

What about that old NES game, now on the VC of Wii? Classic gaming there.

I cannot stress enough that being forced to play Black Hole could and should be used as a form of punishment.

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1067367405/pinball-arcade-the-twilight-zone

Their goal is only $55,000, so I'd imagine they have a decent shot at making it happen. Though having a reward level of $10 and $100 with nothing in the middle I think is a mistake. I've seen even Kickstarter projects to notice that 25-50 rewards sell like hot cakes, and you don't get a lot of people who go above a reward level but not up to the next one. No reward between 100 and 500 seems like a large gap as well. But again $55,000 isn't the worst goal in the world to hit. Microsoft also doesn't help them any, because the rewards that give you a copy of the game are for any version except the X-box because Microsoft won't let them do that. D'oh.

I'll probably throw them my $10 (I'll get the iOS version for my freebie) since while I have no attachment to the table, I'm sure it's awesome, and want them to be motivated to keep getting good tables coughcoughSCAREDSTIFFGODDAMNITcoughcough.

The $100 reward is pretty cool too, though I can't really justify giving them that much for a table I don't know.
Get a special version of the Twilight Zone pinball table with access to the table operator’s menu on every platform (again, except the Xbox 360). You'll also get an entry into the Pinball Arcade Supporters Tournament!

It's at $37,000ish with 23 days to go, so it looks to be in good shape. They also added $25 and $50 rewards. I noticed that on the Kickstarter page the estimated date is November, so I guess that answers the question of when we'll get the table should they raise enough money. I hope the damn x-box DLC gets approved soon so I can try Bride of Pinbot and Cirque whatever it is, and curse how much I hate Funhouse.

Up to $46k, and now they say you can get the x-box version as your freebie. Also the access to the table operator's menu at the $100 level now includes the x-box version. I don't know what the operator's menu has in it, but it sounds neat.

I used to play the shit out this World Cup '94 soccer pinball machine that was at the local SoccerZone. On the computer I was constantly playing that default Microsoft spaceball whatever pinball game.

Next DLC pack will be Monster Bash and Gorgar. I've heard Monster Bash is good, and I really liked Gorgar, although again it's one available on the Williams Collection.

If they reach double their goal for Twilight Zone they'll do ST:TNG. Seems like a dumb idea, just do it as a separate Kickstarter. I'm not sure if I ever played the table, but it's ST:TNG so I'd give money to that.

They've reached the goal for Twilight Zone. So, woo. Now, is there enough time to reach the goal for ST:TNG?

And when are we getting the Addam's Family Kickstarter?!?

I really think trying to get ST:TNG on the next kickstarter is bad. If they get it then sure, but I don't see that happening. Instead they'll get to like $75k and still have to do another one, but now everyone who only donated in hopes of getting TNG has to do it again to get their freebies.

First 2 DLC packs drop for the Vita on the 12th and 26th and PS3 on the 26th and 3rd. X-box they're having problems with Microsofts stupid rules for updates on x-box live so there isn't an ETA yet but it sounds like it's getting close.

Bride of Pinbot is out for the android version and I believe the iOS version. Vita and PS3 versions this month, and x-box version soon.

The pattern of releasing one new table and one from the Williams collection continues as the July pack is Creature from the black Lagoon and Black Knight. Black Knight blows. I wanted to spit on it when I saw it at the Pinball HOF today.

In other news, I went to the Pinball HOF in Vegas today! Fucking amazing. I spent over 3 hours there and 90% of my time was spent playing the fuck out of Scared Stiff. It's been at least a decade since I had played it and oh man did I miss it. I need to win a huge jackpot here not so I can be rich and not have to work again, but so I can buy a fucking Scared Stiff machine of my own.

Other than the fight with Akuma, I honestly don't know what I am supposed to do with that table. I don't have this problem on any other table. Well, Biolab.

If I knew Microsoft just sat their ass on DLC for weeks (months?) at a time I would have got the PS3 version instead. I never really knew this was a thing.

I knew they were assholes, but I didn't know it was THIS bad. I don't get it, approving DLC means more content that they get a commission from the sale of. I guess palette swap costumes and bonus items that do nothing is cool and can get approved super fast, but actual new content is bad.
