I would because he's right. It's incredibly easy to do and especially as someone who wants to pretend to be a journalist it's really sad to see him not doing it.

Bix and Alvarez have been beefing on and off for 15 years. It started when Bryan was criticizing aspects of Punk's work in OVW and Bix retorted that he was just jealous that Punk was fucking Maria. Then years later when Dave disagreed with parts of Matthew Randazzo V's legendary polemic "Ring of Hell" Bix went on an insane rant (which I can't find anywhere online) accusing Bryan of being a prostitute (because he did some sort of fundraiser where the winner could have lunch with him or something) and Dave of taking money from a pedophile (F4WOnline was running RF Video ads which is kinda sketch but it's still more of Bryan/admin Tony problem) but then by 2014 they had made up and Bix became the primary writer of the Figure Four Weekly newsletter. This ended after a year and a half or so, but apparently Bryan lied and told Bix they were closing the newsletter down. And then they just replaced him with another guy who worked cheaper. So Bix has been mad about that for years.

Real talk: AmDrag (in ring) > Flair
Bryan is the best north american wrestler of all-time IMO (bryan, ric, aj, bret, funk, all in the running no order) and has a strong argument as one of the top ever. He has way more versatility that Ric. Flair's a better promo that Bryan but Bryan is in no way a slouch there either. Some of the promo work Bryan has done was fucking amazing like during his brief last heel run in WWE.

Danielson spent the first three quarters of his career where the ability to cut a promo was mostly irrelevant. I know he was in WWE for a chunk of that quarter but they used him in a role that didn't really rely on him being able to cut a compelling promo. It wasn't until the "YES! Movement" (and you could probably argue until he had to retire for the first time) where WWE was like "Oh. I guess he can talk too."
With this final three year stretch of his career in AEW, I think Danielson can honestly become an elite (CWM grumbling) level promo. And tbh, I think even '00s/early 2010s Danielson was never like a Roots Genoa/Dean Malenko type situation where his promos detracted from his character.

I just feel like thinking Omega's amazing and Danielson is not is----just---diametrically opposite of what I feel like most '80s wrestlers think.

Mind you, I actually prefer Danielson but there is a sizeable fanbase that favors Omega. I saw right before their match in NYC just how many liked Omega more.
