yeah iirc she said she was only going to do 2 years from the start and MSNBC is the perfect place for her. I enjoyed her smacking down idiots like Doocey to an extent but when it was extended to everyone as it often was it was too much.

At this point it would be a terrible idea and a complete shit show but it's too bad the US isn't like Canada/UK where the Leader is a member of Parliment and has a regular Question Period where he has to actually answer shit from the opposition. Like I said it would be a total clusterfuck in the US at this point but it leads to at least some accountability.

There's literally zero google results for "they want to separate the masses from the classes" or anything similiar.

What MLK said was "“Oh America, how often have you taken necessities from the masses to give luxuries to the classes. If you are to be a truly Christian nation you must solve this problem… You can work within the framework of democracy to bring about a better distribution of wealth." Which damn ain't that the truth.

It's just an awkward photo op to show that there's no hard feelings and that Bipartanship is possible (and help her get a nice job) which is one of the leading messages of Biden's Presidency. And also why it's a failure. There's no deep meaning/conspiracy.

I can eyeroll away almost all Democrat shittiness but the "we need a strong Republican party" stuff brings me to a silent rage. It's supposed to be their job to make the Republican party weak!

I think your arguing semantics here. Raping us of wealth so they can live in luxury sure is separation in my mind.

Anyone else just really hating this Joe Brandon guy? I'm working up some pretty good hate.
Living in Northern Florida is finally getting to you, my man.

In all honesty though, considering how far into the galaxy brain left rabbit hole the Green Party has gone (seriously, the US Senate candidate in Maine in 2020 just posted a BEN GARRISON cartoon the other day...man Snuffy was probably right at me for ragging on Sarah Gideon so much)), I'm finally getting the appeal of not voting.

Before any of you civics nerds yell at me, I'll vote for state and local elections but I'm just resigning myself to the fact that having to vote for a candidate I don't like national elections is going to become the rule and not exception.

I vote in every election big or small but I'm at a point where if you're asking me to vote.for Biden again in 2024...nope, don't think I can do it.

Maybe he'll die and you'll get Kamala or Pete!

it’s hard to see them shuffling Joe out again in a couple years. Harris hasn’t done anything to make me think she’s getting a run. Just give me a complete do over, without a grampie.

Kamala Harris is even less popular than Biden. If Biden's incapable of running into two years, they aren't going to pick her to front a ticket. Best case scenario for her is a Mayor Pete/Kamala co-presidency ticket. (puking noises from me and @Incandenza )

As unpopular as Biden is he's the only realistic option the dems have right now that has a chance at winning. There's no one coming in the next 2 years. Fetterman is one of the only people they have on the bench and he just had a stroke.

2024 is still two years away and I cannot say now with any certainty what I'm going to do once it finally comes time to vote for president but that I'm seriously entertaining these doubts *now* is not a great sign.

For what's it worth these thoughts were going through my head in the run-up to 2020 but I decided yeah, I'm voting for Biden.

Trump won Florida in 2020 but my generally conservative county somehow went for Biden.
