I'm really liking Raekwon-Shaolin Vs Wu Tang, especially the track "Molasses" with Ghostface and The Bauce Ricky Ross. The fact that it uses the same sample that was used on Gza's "Shadowboxing" is awesome also.

Blueprint remixes are done. I only did 8 tracks, but if you guys could give it a listen and maybe give some feedback, that'd be awesome. I know some of you have already heard some or most of it. I'm happy with it, and if I'm happy with it then it must be at least acceptable, because I don't like anything I do. There are ads. Sorry about that.

Lotta people up in arms on Twitter because 9th Wonder and Lil B did a track together. Tune in next week, when the OJ da Juiceman/Pete Rock collaboration drops.

I hope people are up in arms because B is working with such a boring producer. BOOM.

I just heard the track. 9th's been sitting on this for a while, because it's got those circa like 2006 drums that he used on every track he did. Good song, though.

This guy at work who believes hip hop is dangerous and awful and the primary reason people (especially black ones) shoot each other and hit women lent me a copy of Losing My Cool by Thomas Chatterton Williams, to support his argument, I guess. The book's thesis is sort of that, except it's really just that (shocker) people perform socially to meet the expectations of their ethnic communities, and kids in high school want to do drugs, have sex, and be popular. This is one of the worst "academic" books I've ever read and I'm going to listen to a shit ton of Wacka Flocka to compensate.

Well, obviously people that don't listen to hip hop never shoot people or hit women...so...there has to be some truth to that guys belief.

Plus its documented fact that no one in the black community ever shot or smacked anyone before the late 70's.

Death Row's Greatest Hits is the best compilation in rap music history. It's just so odd with most of it including weird Dr. Dre disses, a remix side of the album that conveniently replaces Dr. Dre's production, just a horrible Jewell cover and 2Pac songs when he wasn't on Death Row. Even has Ice Cube's No Vasoline as another dig at Dre. Suge should have just renamed the album Fuck Dr. Dre honestly.

I'll get back to this but I love Da Mystery of Chessboxin and Bring da Ruckus.

You already know my love for Criminlogy.

I wanted to put "Nutmeg" above "Criminology" at first, but then I thought about it and I just couldn't justify that. I also wanted to put "Shadowboxin'" higher.
