Grizzly Bear are a weird band to label as shitty white people music. I like some of their songs, but they are more like pretentious douche music. I doubt the average scrub who just listens to the radio and watches MTV at 5:00 in the morning before they go to work know who they are. Weezer would fit in much better (Or Snow Patrol if that shitty band even exists). Or Jared Leto's band, if they are still around.

I picked Grizzly Bear because Jay-Z made a big deal about being into them back when Blueprint 3 came out.

Mac Miller - Frick Park Market

The song is really a metaphor; Mac Miller represents Frick Park Market (Pittsburgh, PA). Frick Park Market is fresh, local and just a cool spot to hang out. Mac’s fresh, cool, local to PA and just a cool guy to chill with. It’s only fitting Mac released this as his first single off Blue Slide Park. Hipsters are dumb and most people don’t like to be labeled as such. So instead Mac talks about how he can pleasure a girl. If you’re looking for some loving Mac’s there for you but just don’t open your mouth, he doesn’t want to hear you talk. Double entendre with comparing her stupid comments to holding in a big shit. Unlike his fellow Pittsburgher Wiz Khalifa, Mac doesn’t insist on joints. He’s willing to smoke joints, blunts — the whole shebang… He’s gunna give the listeners what they want to hear, not the boring lyrics, and that everyone can thank him later.

I've been listening to the new(ish) Tech N9ne and Game albums and quite liking them. Not that familiar with Tech N9ne beyond knowing his name.
