Shadow foreign secretary Hilary Benn was sacked from the shadow cabinet by UK Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn today following reports of a coup to oust him from his position as leader. Now there are reports up to half the shadow cabinet are set to resign.

This is the danger of picking an unelectable leader like Corbyn or Trump. These party wars usually wind up with the other side taking a lot of the power and depending on their political beliefs of the time, the country could go to the dogs.

The referendum itself shows the danger of ignoring the concerns of the working class. Labour has been extremely arrogant in this regard.

Britain will not be able to dictate the terms of a new trade deal to the European Union after it leaves the bloc, the chair of the euro zone finance ministers' council said, accusing leave campaigner Nigel Farage of "living in his own world."
