Wrestling audio or podcasts

Just talked to a guy who went to 83 weeks live in 2022 in Oshkosh (part of Hornswoggle's indy Mega card weekend) and he told me it only drew like 100 people to see ATM Eric. Conrad even flew in for it.

I vaguely remember it being plugged but can't recall why I didn't bother going.

Uncle Fred no showed his Mania weekend Wrestlecon gig. Might be a good thing I'm not actually planning to drive to see him at this year's local show.

@BruiserBrody …GOD DAMMIT! DAMN THEM FOR TEMPTATION!!!!

I won’t be suckered in for this full episode but I cannot say I won’t be tempted by YouTube clips.

This is honestly the type of content from Bischoff.

Eric is also talking Hogan with the Six Pack author this week.

I caught the end cause I am a bozo who doesn’t learn anything. They are moving to Fridays.

And Bischoff is doing a five day water fast followed by 30 days of him only eating steak, salt and water. Maybe he ends up going crazy like Jordan Peterson.

Played this as part of a free play arcade package this weekend. I'm honesty not sure I've ever played it that way before.
Made it to Andre/Dibiase only to discover they programed Andre to be near unstoppable. He hit me first almost every time I tried to engage. He blocked my attempts to suplex him and had to be worn down to finally be tossed.
I was ready to go to war until I won. But then the game glitched and my guy walked across the ring, got out of the ring and walked to the railing. He was counted out. I restarted the main event, only for my guy to again walk himself to the railing again right away.

There's maybe three or four cabinets I would want to own and that's one of them.

X-Men for sure is, the others I need to really narrow down. But I'd much rather have pinball machines tbh.

They had Wrestlefest next to it, then another wrestling game that was off brand that I didn't recognize. For whatever reason I didn't play either of them on Saturday.

Superstars will always hold a spot in my heart though for the brief chances I had to play it in our Green Bay mall back in the late 80s (and more likely early 90s).
TMNT was at our local tiny amusement park "Bay Beach".
Simpsons was at a Pizza joint and MAYBE the arcade in the mall?
X-men was by another Pizza joint I went to all of one time as a kid.

I really didn't have access to video games (other than Grandma's Atari 2600) until 93 when I bought my own SNES at 11 years old after earning quarters a day by taking out trash and other odd jobs. I negotiated a 50 cent pay off for doing dishes as I hated it.

Simpsons was at every arcade I visited in FL and upstate NY/NJ as a kid on family vacations then it just kind of disappeared. It pops up in the rare times I visit barcades. Me and my buddy completed one night in 2019 for old times sakes. Felt good.

Francine was on Brisco and Bradshaw's show and revealed that WWE wanted to bring her in in 2001 to be X Factor's manager to feud with Hardys and Lita. She turned it down because she thought the company would make her train all over again to wrestle wwe style.

New candidate for least interesting topic possible to draw in listeners.

Preacher Ted opens the show talking about taking Blue Chew to fuck.

The funny thing is it’s a great concept, just with way too washed of a wrestler and a really stale creative time.

Conrad remembered my birthday.

@BruiserBrody and me arm in arm: WE’RE THE BOYS! WE’RE THE BOYS…WE’RE THE NASTY BOYS!

Bob Smith w/ John McAdam and his buddy listing their Top 100 80s (American) wrestlers is both Brody bait and making me insane.
All 3 have their own lists.

Dick Slater at 100!? With all those titles on top in the first 5 years?
Brody in the bottom 20!?!?!
McAdam forgot to list Snuka at all.

Steamboat and Slaughter both make 10 ten spots with their limited second half of the decade schedules. Sarge's was far worst than Steamer's of course...
Luger makes the top 10 for his 3 year run at the end of the decade.
JYD should have been way higher than he was credited for given his first 5 years were on top, with a bunch of record crowds.

Warrior makes Bob Smith's top 15 (I think 11!)
Da Crusher makes no one's list despite being the top draw of a major promotion for 2 years.

I'm just getting into the meat of the top 10.

HA HA! Ol’ Double J’s podcast is back!
