Wal-Mart leaked product details for WWE 2K20 and it sounds like the premium edition or pre-order DLC characters they are pushing this year are going to be Chyna and the return of Hulk Hogan,

Very curious if they put Chyna on the male or female roster. I'd assume in today's era she is with the females but her real fame was intergender matches.

Given that Cody Rhodes has alluded to wanting an Aki engine game, and the newfound resurgence of love for the first two Def Jam games, I can actually see AEW throwing enough money to get such a thing made.

The voice acting for the main characters is pretty good IMO but it does highlight the lack of polish on everything else.

This is the problem with the yearly model for some of these EA franchises. I imagine there was too much money to delay the game a year, but taking 2 year breaks between games would be great. The UFC don't release a game every year with EA. There's really not enough roster turnover anymore to justify WWE having a game every year.

2K took over the series, this is why it's in the sad shape it's in.

If there need$$$$ to be a yearly release, make it like the Call of Duty series where it switches developers every year.

Love that they keep supporting this game with new content, even if it is paid. There is also still the last bit of the season pass to come, which is the third story mode written by SUDA51 - The Vanishing - which is apparently a years-later sequel to the story mode he wrote for Super Fire Pro Wrestling Special.

Sounds like a lot of people walked from Visual Concepts and the budget for WWE 2K21 has been slashed significantly because of poor sales. 2K21 is in danger of getting cancelled.
