I'll think about it. So how's the CAW in this one? Is it actually better than any of the other ones? And how do you build up CAW points? Better not be by playing the RtWM. I'll kill people for that.

I also like the WWE Universe. It reminds me of that one Smackdown game long ago that I played for 12 seasons. Anyone have anything wild and crazy happen yet?

I really need to get used to the whole "the game decides when you use a strong grapple" thing.

Using the activation code that comes with the game gives you the free attribute changer and ability to go online.

CAWs come with the ability to alter their stats straight up. They're limited by the weight class, but even with that limit you can still make your CAW 100 overall. My only complaint is that you can only increase/decrease in increments of 5. I didn't activate my online axxess thing before I made my first CAW.

The ability to edit superstar attributes comes from buying the Fan Axxess thing, which at 10 bucks is a steal in my opinion. You get all the current unlockables and all the DLC, in addition to the alternate attires, and future DLC.

Finally got into an online Rumble. The lag has reached new levels of awful; my character would take a few seconds to even respond to my inputs. Terrible.

How the hell can you not think up decent names?

Also - how do you raise CAW stats, then? My CAWs start at 78 and I cannot raise their stats any further. In order to raise in one category, I have to decrease another.

I hook the red/yellow/white cables into my DVD-R...record from there...extract to my computer, then used Windows Live Movie Maker to trim each entrance down.

Cool - I've been hearing that using a DVDR or a PVR is a hell of a lot easier than some of the other solutions out there (ie: Dazzle, Gamebridge, etc. that only work half the time). May have to invest in one!

So I throw one of my CAWs into a table match with Morrison to see this touted "new physics engine!" in action. Then R-Truth decides to run in and start beating on us both and being fucking annoying by getting in the way. Why does it seem like having more than one AI opponent in there always turns things into a mess?

Going through and fixing everyone's movesets sucks. David Smith having his finishers as regular grappples? WTF?

Yeah I made the same fix for Smith. Shapshooter and Powerslam became his finishers.

Chris, your AVGN looks fine, but I downloaded one from the Community that has a Powerpad for a cape (in his entrance) and a Zapper. His regular attire also includes a Power Glove.

Fun thing just happened in WWE Universe for me.

Replaced Primo in a match against Tyson Kidd with my CAW Killjoy (evil clown figure). Killjoy attacked Primo before the match from behind, quick finisher, got the win.

Next match was Henry and Bourne vs. Batista and ???. I picked Batista...and his partner was...KILLJOY!

So now Batista and Killjoy are a tag team!

Can I just say CM Punk is a bitch? Because of him interfering in my matches, it took me till Bragging Rights to win the WWE Championship. Amazingly, he didn't interfere with my match against Randy Orton, so I finally won it.

Now that I'm the Champion though, I get no matches. T_T Kinda sucks.

I know what you mean. I haven't gotten around to creating a wrestler yet but I usually try to move titles onto guys I like. My goal was to make Zack Ryder WWE Champion so I basically have been using him to beat a bunch of main eventers but Evan Bourne runs in just about every match.

Best bet, if you don't mind the idea of skipping so much (but it's infinite anyway) - leap to the Rumble, add Ryder as #30, win, skip to Mania, win.

When I got to the Rumble I had Swagger win, then I skipped to Mania and won the title in 10 seconds (great Mania main event!) because I randomly attacked Edge before the match and ended up with a finisher ready to go.

I love seeing news updates like "Yoshi Tatsu has turned his back on the WWE Universe" with the headline "WHY YOSHI TATSU WHY?".

Thanks for the advice. I got Ryder as the #1 Contendor easily already (just had him win a bunch of crazy matches like an elimination chamber with all main eventers that he pinned all but one, beat Undertaker at Wrestlemania arena, beat Cena a few times), I just got to wait for the actual titleshot, which I guess will be at Backlash.

The news updates are pretty cool but that Tatsu one is better than any I have gotten. Just awesome. I want to hear a slowed-down, "heel" version of his theme.
