That's actually the 86 title on the table in the video (notice the side plates are shaped different from the pic you posted). You can actually see that title, too, in Venk's second screencap. It's the one in the top-left beside the WCW title.

But now that you post a closer look at the belt above, I do think that title is from around the same time. Didn't they have a special "larger" title made for Andre, that was never used, around that time? Either way I like it and am kinda psyched to see it included in this game.

I also love that you can now edit the names of the title. So now you don't have to have "Classic" whatever championship. Or, as above, "ECW Championship 08-10".

Vacating titles is good news (now I don't need to put them on a free agent) and I hope the game is smart enough to recognize non-default titles being made main titles (WWE 12 had an issue where the MITB winner couldn't challenge for swapped out championships).

I also hope they fixed the weird shit that would happen with the Unifited/New Tag Team Titles. Guys coming out separately. Or the game not recognizing when you'd have another set of titles designated as the show's tag titles (but not the other show).

I know I shouldn't but I can't help getting really hyped for this game. It almost feels like THQ, with their financial woes, are pulling out all the stops just in case this is their last go-around. The amount of content and the inclusion of Heyman as a writer for both Attitude and Universe mode really makes me wish it was October 30th already.
