WWE Superstars – November 7th, 2013

WWE Superstars – 11/7/2013

The music of Tons of Funk and the Funkadactyls hit, as one of the four usually competes on this show.

Cameron and Naomi come out dancing as we find out Naomi will be in singles action.  Brodus Clay doesn’t have the time to come out and remove his pants to stand ringside this week.

Alicia Fox comes out next.  Sadly she doesn’t find reason to remove her pants.

Naomi vs. Alicia Fox

Alicia is supposedly looking for revenge on Naomi’s victory over Aksana last week.

The two lock up as A-Ry tries to create parallels between Alicia and Jackie Joyner-Kersey and Naomi to Candace Parker.

Alicia rolls up Naomi and after the kickout, locks her up from behind.  Naomi flies in with a kick and Alicia rolls out of the ring to protect her beautiful, beautiful face.

Fox shoves Naomi before parading her around the ring for punishment.  Alicia checks her nose again before smashing the Total Diva face first into the canvas.

The crowd follows Cameron’s lead in trying to rally Naomi as the former Divas Champion puts Naomi in a chinlock.

Naomi tries to fight out but gets whipped to the corner.  As Alicia tries to capatilize,Naomi throws an elbow but Fox still maintains control by slamming the Funkadactyl to the mat.

Alicia pulls off a Northern Lights Suplex, which A-Ry says very few in the WWE can pull off in general.  Alicia goes back to the submission on Naomi but Naomi works her way free, backing Alicia into a corner.

Fox charges Naomi with a clothesline, Naomi ducks and leaps up for a hurricanrana.  Naomi builds up some steam, utilizes some kicks and her speed before dropping a big leg drop for a two count.

Alicia pulls off a twisting, slamming armbreaker but Naomi kicks out and continues to fight.  She goes to pick up Naomi, who does like a Codebreaker-Monkey Flip combo.

Back to their feet, Naomi hits her Rear View and gets the victory.

Winner: Naomi

As Total Divas is set to return, Naomi establishes herself as the best thing going on Superstars right now.

Match graphic promotes the recap of Monday’s six-man tag between The Brothers Rhodes/Cena vs. Real Americans/Sandow.

The six-man is joined while in progress through the end.  We get a sneak peek of the weekly HHH-Cole interview that will be recapped after the break, in addition to the latest Big Show events.  Over twelve minutes of Big Show-HHH replays.

Zack Ryder comes out next.  Looks to be wearing some of the Major Brothers color scheme.

3MB’s entrance interrupts a K-mart plug.  Another reason to love 3MB.

All members are present, however it will be Jinder Mahal vs. Ryder tonight.

Zack Ryder vs. Jinder Mahal

Ryder seems to be doing No Shave November as he and Jinder circle off.

Jinder gets control with a quick wristlock while A-Ry points out A-list actors do not have as many Twitter followers as Long Island Iced Z.

Jinder knocks Ryder down with a shoulder block while Heath and Drew celebrate outside the ring.  Ryder leapfrogs a charging Mahal and lays the 3MB member with a flapjack.

Quick suplex from Ryder but a kickout from Jinder is just as quick.

Ryder smiles as Mahal scoots outside the ring.  Ryder does a dropkick from within the ring to Mahal on the outside and stands his ground against the three men as Superstars takes a quick commercial break.

When action returns, Ryder has control of Jinder in the ring.  Riley talks about how exciting (and recent) the Ryder Revolution was.  A-Ry probably longs for the days of 2011 as well…

Both men get outside the ring, which allows Jinder to sneak control of the match.  Heath Slater gets in A-Ry’s face at the announce table and yells about Zack Ryder to Riley.

Mahal begins dropping knees to the chest of Zack.  Jinder nails a neckbreaker before putting a chinlock on the former United States Champion.

Mahal slams Ryder but gets a little cocky and misses a knee drop.  Ryder shakes off Jinder and looks to take advantage by throwing fists.  Jinder tries to suplex Ryder but the Woo Woo Kid counters into a neckbreaker.

Heath and Drew circle the ring like sharks but Ryder continues to take care of the 3MB member in the ring.  Ryder nails a missle dropkick from the top.

Slater tries to distract Ryder.  Zack chases him away but gets met with a knee from Jinder.  Mahal gets only a two count but starts posing while Zack regains composure. Zack nails a Rough Ryder out of nowhere and defeats the numbers game.

Winner: Zack Ryder
