Only three years for stealing and possibly selling/distributing the info of 70-some million accounts?

They wouldn't even get that. Hacking just doesn't seem to be treated like a big deal by the law, which always striked me as odd.

Guys, this may be the wrong place to ask but would it be a bad idea to purchase a 2006-07 PS3 with full backwards compatibility off eBay? I never had a PS2 so that feature is kind of a big deal to me but I keep reading some shit about a "Yellow Light of Death."
