GMG/Playfire, CVG, and 2K are giving away XCOM: Enemy Unknown for Steam, if you vote in CVG's Golden Joystick Awards, sign up for Playfire, and link your Steam account. I feel like it was posted before, when the promotion was announced and voting started, but the free game is now available to claim.

A buddy of mine is a manager at a Fry's (regional name in the Kroger grocery store chain). Apparently in the Marketplace version of their stores, they marked all the gaming stuff down 50%, including consoles, which they had Xbox One and PS4. They sold the new stuff before he got there but it sounded like he got one of the Mario-Luigi Wii U bundles for like $160 after the sale and his employee discount and one of the DS systems for like $80.

Amazon.com has Minerva's Den for $1.25. It requires the base BioShock 2 game on Steam (which Amazon has for $5). If you already owned BS2 before the migration from Game for Windows Live to Steamworks (in Oct '13), you should already have Minerva's Den.

Best deal to go with the XBone price cut I've seen. I'm still gonna wait on the Black Friday online deals though.

GOG has begun a Big Fall Sale. They're giving away Mount & Blade free for 2 days.

They're also giving away The Witcher 2, and a movie The Gamers: Director's Cut with a daily stamp thing. Visit the home page every day to collect all 7 stamps. Today's is just to click a box while logged in. Don't know if that's what all of them will be.

There's a couple of daily bundle sales, starting with their 10-game D&D collection. And there's flash sales that rotate every once in a while. (A new game every 40 minutes, maybe?)

The Microsoft Store unveiled which games will be on sale on BF but no prices yet. Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon 2 are on the list and I remember getting the first Horizon for like $15 from MS so hopefully I can extend my XBone library nicely.

Back at Target, a few multi-game PS4 bundles at the usual $450 price; a Yoshi's New Island 2DS bundle at $100; and a few decent game deals, at $15, $20, and $30. (And some Skylanders, which I have no idea about.)
