I wonder if Amazon's plans to see everyone else's BF deals and just go "Yo, we're just gonna match all these, fuck you."

The week-long Steam Exploration Sale has started. As usual with Steam, sale prices may take a little while to fully populate.

Biggest surprise in it so far is Evil Within at 66% off as it's only been out since Oct., don't remember ever seeing a game that new go down that low so fast.

Shadow of Mordor for PC DVD $20 at Amazon. That's a physical copy, which has to be shipped (probably US-only), and would activate on Steam.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GMFKYGW/

GMG has some VIP deals. You have to log in to see them, and add to cart from that page to get the price. Vouchers aren't valid, but if you have GMG credit, you can use that.

MS Store sold out of Forza but I managed to get Sunset Overdrive and Dead Rising for $65 total so I'm happy. Nobody else seems to have Sunset for any lower than $50 right now.

New GMG deals for "Orange Saturday" (?). Some VIP deals are repeats. Most are the same you'd get as a sale price + 20% off voucher; some a few cents better than that.

The Batman: Arkham games are slightly cheaper at BundleStars: $4.99, plus another 25% off with the code "SUPERNOVA25" ($3.75 total).

Hate to admit this. I've never played Witcher before. Got it and its sequel now for really low prices on Steam. Like 7 bucks. Here's hoping I like them.

I can't believe I logged into GOG seven days in a row to get Witcher 2 for free...only to then buy the damn thing on Steam a week later.

I'm really enjoying the first game, despite it showing its age and having its relative foibles, so I can't say they didn't earn my money. I just feel like a moron for having wasted my time, since I could've redeemed the CD-Key from the steam version onto GOG and gotten the same thing with zero effort.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is $45 at Amazon.com today:

Dell Canada has XBL Gold 12-month cards for either $30 or $40. I've had it show both. Says it's out of stock, but you might be able to order still. Also, the page's CSS is broken, and so is the security certificate.

GamersGate has a single-use coupon code for 20% off:
GAMERSGATE-TURKEY
They also have The Wolf Among Us for $6.25 ($5 w/ coupon), and The Walking Dead: Season Two for $8.50 ($6.80 w/ coupon). Those games do not use Steam as DRM; they use a Telltale account. TWD Season 1 is also on sale; it uses Steam.

Best Buy's Sunday ad is out and looks like next week is going to be Buy 2, Get 1 free all Xbox, Playstation and PC games.

Will probably work out real nice if you have their gamers club. Three full-price games for $96 plus tax.

Never heard of the site, but people on CAG seem to not have any problem with it.

Canadian Boxing Day flyers are coming in at RFD.
http://boxingday.redflagdeals.com/

Sunset Overdrive and TLoU: Remastered for $25 at Walmart are pretty good. I guess $40 for FC4, AC Unity, or Shadow of Mordor are alright. Console bundles were probably better at Black Friday. $140 3DS XL is decent.

Future Shop has the same $140 3DS XL. Refurb Xbone for $350 with Kinect, and codes for Ryse and Dance Central Spotlight (plus Project Spark?). PS4 TLoU bundle for regular $450, with free FC4. $40 for Halo: MCC or Destiny, $45 for Smash Bros Wii U, $50 for CoD:AW. $20 for some older PS4 games. 2 for $90 among AC Unity, DA: Inquisition, and this year's NHL, Madden, FIFA, and NBA 2K. Says "Save 50% on PS3 and Xbox 360 games", though it only shows 4 games down to $10 each.

Best Buy has pretty much the same stuff, plus a handful of recent Xbone games at $40 each, or 2 for $72. PS4 bundle at $450 with NHL 15, FC4, and LBP3.

Best Buy is selling 2 year Gamers Club Unlocked memberships for $30. If you ever buy brand new games I highly recommend jumping on it. The main benefit is that it will get you 20% off all new games and 10% off preowned games. It also gives double rewards points on video game purchases which can be a big help if you shop there often enough to take advantage of the certificates. If you buy brand new games ever it becomes a good deal pretty easily. $60 games drop to $48, so 3 games in two years more than covers it.
