I was a regular viewer of Head of the Class as a kid and I have zero recollection of the Billy Connelly season. I think a couple of the kids left with Hesseman as well.

All I remember about the Billy Connolly season is it mostly dropped the drama half of the comedy-drama that marked the Hesseman years in favor of more straightforward comedy.
