I understand Gresham's issues, but only to a certain point. I was baffled how they went heel with him out of nowhere, for no discerable reason really. It certainly didn't get him heat in the Cesaro match, that's for sure. I get he would rather be just showcased as how he really was (other than the pointless heel turn), as a really excellent technical wrestler, one of the best in the business. But isn't that is how TK even booked him, leading to the ppv? That said, out of the unnecessary turn, he really has no right to gripe, complain, throw an ego trip fit (enough workers in the backstage seem to confirm he was on his high horse bigtime), and outright cuss out the promoter/booker. Totally unprofessional and he may have ruined an opportunity to go to places like MLW and Impact now because of it.
I guess additionally, to an extent I could say he may have a valid issue on match length, in that the match time was less than even the ROH women's title was (I would have flipped the time of those matches) but how are you going to bitch and moan that you're put on first as a way to light up that crowd early (good idea) when the main event tag match kinda EARNED that spot given how they performed at the previous ppv. I get somewhat issue with the world title match not going on last, but it wasn't like the tag title match was just a throwaway deal. This was the exception to the oldschool rule, in a sense.
Chances are the match time may have originally been longer, but then as Gresham was on his high horse throughout the day, the desicion may have been made to cut it down a bit and get to the point of the match a bit more. I didn't think the match sucked fully, but one part I did notice was that Gresham came out acting like he was done, and worked the match to a degree like that too.
