And I don’t think even Gene and Paul think last night was their final show. Trash talking was more Ace talking about how low the views were on that KISS concert from Indianapolis. Ace heavily implying that people are way more interested in his new solo album than the End of the Road tour. People aren’t gonna watch a two hour KISS concert filmed on someone’s phone, you old fool!

I’m a Paul Stanley guy but the fact that it seems like literally every other KISS member is able to get along (except maybe Ace and Tommy) suggests that maybe he is a part of the problem and every ex member isn’t some unmanageable lunatic.

They’ve actually done a pretty good job of promoting the new album and it seems like he is actually putting some effort in unlike some of his other late era albums. (Ace, why oh why did you think you could cover Led Zeppelin’s “Good Times, Bad Times”?)

Home sick again. Idk if it is the illness speaking but the new Ace album really ain’t that bad at all. Steve Brown did a pretty good job with production and reining in some of Ace’s goofier instincts.

It’s his best solo album since the Frehley’s Comet era and mayyybe the best KISS universe album since Revenge (damning with faint praise). Worst part by far is Ace’s voice or maybe more so the weird autotune they layer it in. It’s 70 year old Ace Frehley, there’s no way of polishing that up.

If the vocals were halfway decent, I feel like this album would be getting raves from boomer music fans. It’s good reviews in spite of the Ace vocals.

In any case, it feels like the fact Ace Frehley released a song called “Constantly Cute” feels like a flu induced hallucination.

Listening to Eddie Trunk on a KISS podcast and he said there wasn't even an afterparty for KISS' farewell show at MSG.

That is either a sign that KISS is absolutely done for real or they'll be back in two years for Desert Trip.
