Don't know where else to post, but this is so sad. Depression is awful. He was a talented guy and Life After Beth is so much better than it could of been. I also liked Horse Girl which is very different, and I heard good things about The Little Hours which I will be checking out soon. Life After Beth was also the first time I really thought Aubrey deviated from the April Ludgate character type. They've been together for over a decade. Poor Aubrey, this is just horrible news.

RIP

I don’t know his work, but the news bummed me out. Twitter is rotten with the “she’s single now” posts just running wild.

I knew the story about Will Smith turning down the role of Neo in the Matrix but didn't know that Val Kilmer was the original choice for Morpheus. If the film was still a giant success, I imagine Kilmer would have been fired before the second movie for being Val Klimer.

Alright… let’s fucking go.

Had this happened a few years ago I feel like I kinda wouldn’t give a shit. But I think I’m ready to return to this world now.

The original was one of my favorite movies as a kid and got me listening to Bowie later on as a teen. It's still a charming film I hold close to my heart.
His next film is a Werewolf movie, so that will either happen later or not at all (I hope it's the latter, as I'd rather Egger's make the projects he wants to instead of something that'll probably be micromanaged to death)

Boo, Original Labyrinth is good enough, Eggers is the only hope left to make a good werewolf movie.

I normally roll my eyes at "teaser for an upcoming trailer", but this is the latest Paul Thomas Anderson movie so I'll allow it

The final bit with all of them talking to their dads is great. Not so sure about the rest.

The CGI Car Chase looks much weaker than what they could do without limitations in Indonesia with that insane car chase from The Raid 2.

That said, this looks intense. The hand to hand fights and gunplay looks on the same level of The Raid movies. I hope we get The Raid 3 someday, but this will do for the interim.

Not sure what to think yet. It’s my favorite Stephen King story. Doesn’t look bad. But seems like it’s been scaled way down.

I think the guy playing Superman comes off kind of eh in a few of his scenes, but maybe it's the trailer. They have Lois down perfect though.

Looks great, but I thought the trailers for Man of Steel and Superman Returns were great as well. With Gunn behind it, this should be the first good Superman movie since 1981 though.

I'm on board because the director is a wild man and his movies are ridiculously violent. It's directed by Timo Tjahjanto who directed The Night Comes For Us which is the most relentless martial arts action film I've maybe ever seen. And, it's his American debut, so it will be interesting to see how he fares.
