Patriots extended LB Ja'Whaun Bentley to 2025 with a 2-year deal worth up to $18.75 Million ($9 Mill guaranteed). Good extension for a guy who's mostly a thumper but can play inside or strongside in a pinch and is one of the leaders of that LB room.

Looks like Joe Mixon took a pay cut to stick with the Bengals for this season: "Mixon and the Bengals have agreed to a new deal that will pay him a base salary of just under $6 million with incentives that could earn him up to $8 million a league source tells PFT."

Kind of expected after the Patriots extended DeVante Parker and seemed to be moving away from Hopkins considering the Titans were seemingly the only real competition otherwise. Hopkins is a great talent but I'm not bitter that the Patriots didn't get him considering they're going to be running 2 TE sets with a bellcow RB in Stevenson + a young, developing WR in Thornton who will need the experience/reps in Year 2. Parker also kind of serves as the downfield threat, Bourne is a great intermediate route runner, JuJu can play outside or inside, and Thornton's a pure burner. Hopkins being an outside guy works but I don't know how well he'd mesh with the BOB offense considering the other roles those 4 WRs can fill.

"The Tennessee Titans are expected to sign Hopkins to a two-year, $26 million contract, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday, per sources. The deal has a base value of $12 million for Year 1 with a chance to get up to $15 million, and in total the contract can be worth up to $32 million with incentives, per Rapoport."

Giants placed LB Jarrad Davis on IR for his knee injury and he'll miss 2023. Had a great couple early seasons but injuries look like they're dealing a blow to what was a promising career

Giants signed RB James Robinson & WR Cole Beasley while Ravens signed RB Melvin Gordon to a 1 year deal worth up to $3.1 Million.

Colts signed DE Al-Quadin Muhammad to a 1 year deal where he started 17 games in 2021 for them.

Raiders signed CB Marcus Peters to a 1 year deal while the Bills signed RB Darrynton Evans after losing Nyheim Hines for the season.

Patriots signed an ex-Navy LB in Diego Fagot but more importantly, they signed my dawg WR Jalen Hurd. I had Hurd as my 4th best WR in the 2019 NFL Draft before injuries completely obliterated his NFL career.

Cowboys extended CB Trevon Diggs for 5 Years, $97 Million ($21.25 Million SB).

Washington signed WR Byron Pringle, reuniting him with OC Eric Bienemy. Saints signed TE Jimmy Graham to a 1 year deal.

In important RB news, Giants signed Saquon Barkley to a 1 year deal worth $11 Million with a $2 Million SB. Hard to say if this guarantees he stays beyond this season but it gives the Giants more negotiating time and there's a lot of upside/downside on Barkley's side (upside if he balls out as expected, downside if he gets injured or misses a lot of the season).

Bad day for camp injuries. Jalen Ramsey earlier today and far more important and impactful, Joe Burrow as well with apparent lower leg injury.

Ty Montgomery already injured his lower leg/knee trying to catch a pass behind him. There was a lot of buzz (just like last year) of him fulfilling that James White receiving back role but hopefully, this injury won't wipe out his entire season for the 2nd straight year.
