Pretty sure Dave Marquez is working with Corgan and NWA.

They stopped working together after the first "season" of the NWA relaunch. Marquez went off on Corgan.

I actually haven't kept up with CWFH since the start of the pandemic. After they ran out of first run shows a couple months in, they just started having re-runs, and I haven't really had time to get back into them.

There's a Championship Wrestling From Memphis, which I am mildly curious to check out to see if it's a modern attempt at Memphis Style Rasslin (and they have a guest appearance from mi amore Jordynne Grace) but I kind of imagine it just looks like all of the other Dave Marquez shows.

I think perhaps they were, especially when they first started doing the studio show, but I think something happened to cause an issue between Corgan and him as Marquez moved away from being an interviewer and producer at some point. Apparently he's helping alot with NJ Strong now I think?

I think that's a good idea fusing all of the regional Championship Wrestling companies together.....the idea was always great in theory to have territorial regions that then you can pull talent from to work in others, etc, but I think in this day and age the concept ultimately didn't work out, but they certainly tried for many years. The weekly CWFH hour long show has kinda fused into just a general Championship Wrestling maybe a month or so ago (maybe longer) as I still get it weekly on NESN, but they haven't really produced any new content for awhile now.

I went to a handful of CWFH shows back when Pierce and Cabana were having their NWA title feud, the tapings were generally really fun (it was at a TV studio in LA somewhere).

Here's some more info on the Championship Wrestling shift....per Observer.....

The first show will be taped on 3/22 at the Irvine, CA, Improv with Peter Avalon vs. David Arquette as the main event. While the shows were designed for local markets, they were syndicated weekly on smaller stations including more than 200 TV, cable, satellite and OTT outlets using Chris Dickinson as their UWN world champion. Championship Wrestling from Memphis would remain under the UWN banner but will remain a separate local show. The tapings will be done in different markets and not just in Southern California
