Cagematch has exactly one Chubby Dudley match coming out of ECW. It looks like he was a regular in the pre-Tod Gordon days of Eastern Championship Wrestling so I can see some interesting insight coming out there.

The chapter in Tod Gordon’s book about the company’s bar room shindie roots was one of the best parts. They actually started in smoky bars unlike some major Northeastern promotions!

Chubby was one of the early Dudleys, when they were a goofy lowercard face act. It wasn't until D-Von debuted that we got the Dudleys as we know them.
