If Mongo’s comfortable appearing in that condition in public, I wouldn’t discourage him. On brand for Ric Flair to show off the poor condition of a colleague though.

He was the biggest gossiping bitch on his old podcast when it came to talking about wrestlers in poor health. Picture doesn’t surprise me. A lot of the relies are about how he shouldn’t be posting this.

This hurts. Dean's looking rough too. Been a minute since I've seen him.

Dean's going to be at my local wrestling store next month, and I'm taking my daughter to meet him (she comes to all the meet and greets I go to at the store). He's been a favorite of mine for years, so this is a must do for me.

I'm not sure if McMichael was at the roast fundraiser thing (I don't think so, but don't know). But I'm not aware of him being advertised for the event near La Crosse. Flair is booked, as well as former Green Bay Packer Gilbert Brown (it's part of an annual thing he does at a campground), but the Mongo stuff has been advertised as a fundraiser, not that they'll necessarily be wheeling his hospital bed out to ringside.

Alkeiper's made some good points here as well. When it's more physical than mental, a consideration for human pride is necessary. Very easy to say from afar that all sick, injured, etc people should just be shelved up somewhere. But when the brain is still active and functioning, people remain interested in doing as much of the things as they used to do...even if that just means being physically at events, so they can see other faces, which might be more important to them than other peoples' opinions on how much different they look due to a condition.

Still listed as appearing.

Mongo has a ton of pics from recent months released via media and his team mates and friends visiting. Some are far more unsettling than the Horseman one.

My travel comment largely stems from my uncle's case, where he traveled against doctor's orders "To live a normal life" and died shortly thereafter due to the aftereffects. His was a heart issue/water retention though.

Dean looks unwell, and Parkinsons makes total sense. Something's off in the eyes and his arms are mad tiny.

Gonna be a bummer when we get all these pictures of Paul Roma in the hospital alone someday. Horsemen can't be trusted.

Paul Roma's probably in the best shape out of any of the ex-Horsemen. He runs a wrestling school in Connecticut and wrestles occasionally. He looks a solid 10-15 years younger than his actual age.

He's also probably the Horsemen that hangs out with Flair the least. Is there a correlation? Maybe!

I honestly thought that until this recent event none of them hung out with Flair at all.

I don't think any of them hang out with Flair socially but the others have to interact with him at conventions.

Like I'm sure Conrad would book a '93 Horsemen review because he's booked plenty that's just as if not more random but Paul Roma's not gonna do it.

Which old timers even more hard on their luck than Flair himself do you think Ric propositioned after a couple rounds of Jack and cokes to “take out” all his ex wives.
