How could I not realize that my cousin who looped that album religiously would end up in jail, asking me to keep the dick out of his wife and his kids on the straight and narrow?

Diggy - Made you look Freestyle (Flow Stoopid) Video

Reverend Run's son. The kid is 15 years old. He just got signed to Atlantic, supposedly on the strength of this video, and not his father's influence. I dont know, what I do know is this lil dude is killin it.

I don't rap for my age, like Lil Bow Wow/
The son of a King, so why would I ever bow down?

Nice. I like the old school feel to the whole presentation, from the flow, to the video, to the beat, it feels like something from the early 90's. Like something I'd catch on Yo! MTV raps back in the day.

I'll be honest, I've hated every little kid act since Kris Kross got played out.

Been listening to some I Am era Nas recently. Forgot how fun some of the tracks were. Especially Owe Me. Nas was really underrated in the late 90's, even though it's universally accepted as his down period.

Southern rappers usually sound kinda lost and out of place on that sort of minimalist North Face & Timbs stomp your head in music, but those dudes killed it.

I read that the other day. Great news.

Relapse really restored my faith in Em after Encore and years and years of subpar guest appearances. I hope this album will be the same way.

Interesting trivia fact: This is the first time since 99-00 that Em has released back to back single albums.

Em was great, he has made good songs over the last 10 years. If you take his last 3 albums and blended into 1, you have one hot album. Problem, he sounds like a guy going through the motions and is just doing the standard formula of album releases off of Shady/G-Unit/Aftermath:

1: Stupid radio track
2: Spark a beef with someone to get attention
3: Release a "street anthem" that sounds like all the others
4: watch as album flops in sales

Bullshit. Eminem Show was a classic. As far as rappers go, he has had the most longevity cause Jay Z hasn't been good since The Blueprint.

When has his album flopped Perfxion? And what's the street anthem in his last few albums? He hasn't sparked beef with anyone other than Nick Cannon starting something for no reason and every rapper puts out a new radio track.

Eminem sold 1.74 million albums last year and Relapse was the 8th highest selling album of last year.

That's not to bad.

And yes - The Eminem Show is a great album. However, Encore is a different story.

It's a shame that him and DJ Premier couldn't put their differences aside before he died.
