I don't have a problem with short passes. I've got a problem when the majority of the offensive scheme is screens / dump outs to the flats. A screen here or there..a pass into the flat every now and then? Cool. I've done the same..but like I said, when its screen, run, run, flat, screen, run run, screen, flat, crossing pattern..its irritating. Its just pretty much let me not bother trying to play any sort of defense.
Add to this DBs who completely whiff on batting down a ball, get beat deep when audibled to play deep and Schaub somehow not knowing how to throw accurately and over-throwing / under-throwing most routes and there's nothing left to really do except wait for the fucking game to end.
Leo: If you think I'm cheap, then you obviously don't play online much or don't know what "cheap" really is. Against you, I didn't throw to the flats much at all because I've got Owen and 'Dre in the middle all day if I want it and only throw to the flats to open up the middle. Hardly did I sit there and spend the entire game exploting anything. I mean, if that's what you want..we can play and I'll do nothing but wildcat, direct snap and screens all game. But whatever..anyone else can get pissed over any minor thing and not an eyelash is batted..fuck, you up and quit because you felt you were getting the score run up on you. I atleast finished the fucking game.
