Last day of the sale with a front page of repeats. Reminder:

Summer Adventure cards will disappear Monday at 2:00PM (EDT?). Sell, trade, or craft 'em if you're gonna do it, because they expire tomorrow.

Sale prices seem like they're going in the toilet now, with nothing really left to gain from them, though maybe that's partly the usual store update flood coming in now.

I talked myself out of a few games on the last day. They're only going to get cheaper on the next sale, and I have such a huge backlog as it is I can't justify buying sequels to games I haven't played the originals of.

Don't know if anyone else uses or follows the Steam Client Beta. They've been adding some handy stuff recently for library management: the ability to select multiple games at once, put games in multiple categories, and most recently, you're now able to hide games. They also changed the look a little bit; system notifications seem like they lack that grey texture now, and there's a bit of a blue shade at the top of the main window. They've been making improvements to the browser too, though I don't know much about that.

The GFWL removal in Dark Souls is now available in a beta branch in Steam. Migration of save files and achievements is available for 2 months ('til Feb 16).

Steam's made some announcements at GDC. Spartan mentioned the Steam Link, which is a $50 receiver for Steam in-home streaming.

They're showing the final version of the Steam controller:

Source 2 will be free for developers to use, similar to this week's announcements for Unreal Engine 4, and Unity 5.

There's the HTC/Valve Vive VR headset, along with some wand controllers, and "Lighthouse" tracking hardware.
