Amazon.com has a bunch of stuff on sale. Most notable today would probably be Arkham Origins for $19.99. Supposedly Battlefield 4 will be $30 from 6:10PM-10:10PM PST tonight.

Man I just can't get hype for steam sales anymore. They're seemingly 80% the same thing as the past few sales, and I actually forgot that this was happening until I saw this thread.

Other stores will often match, or beat Steam's prices as well. For example, Arkham Origins is $20 at GreenManGaming.com with a coupon code. Only benefits to buying from Steam would be to get Winter Sale trading cards (which disappear when the sale is over), or if you have funds in your Steam wallet. Or I guess a slight convenience factor.

Canadians may benefit slightly from buying Steam gift cards at EB/Gamestop. A $20CAD card should redeem as $20USD, last I checked. Exchange rate is down at about 91 cents at the moment.

Got my first community choice voting snow globe card: Assassin's Creed IV

Got a booster pack for Anomaly: Warzone Earth earlier, and traded for the last card I needed. Crafting the badge gave me my second snow globe card: Assassin's Creed IV.

If you had a notion to get Tomb Raider for $10 on Steam in the next couple of days, Amazon.com will have it for $4.99 Dec 24-26. They'll give you a Steam code.

Summer sale is back on. Nothing all that great in the deals today, but they're doing an interesting team concept where you could possibly win games off your wishlist.

Biggest item today is probably the 25% off Dead Rising 3 pre-order, coulda sworn they said it would not be on anything except XBone, heh.

Early Access is fucking killing the Steam sale this year. I refuse to buy anything early access, and there's far too many of them on the sale so far this year. Papers Please in the flash sale is a great deal though for those who are interested. I feel like this is the longest I've gone into a sale without even being tempted to buy anything.

I haven't bought much myself, picked up Witcher Enhanced Edition for $1.99, state of Decay for $4.99 and E.Y.E.: Divine Cybermancy for .99, the games I'm most interested in haven't been out long enough to go down as far in price as I want so will probably be waiting on Fall or Christmas sales for them.

I picked up UnEpic in one of the flash deals for my first game of this sale (It's early access bullshit, but the description said the single player is 100% done so I felt ok buying it) and bought Battleblock Theater as well

Just grabbed Borderlands 2 GOTY for $10. I think my wife paid full price for the PS3 version 2 christmases ago and I never got around to it. Probably still sealed somewhere, even.
